What we do
Verified listings plus escrow plus a rent-advance alternative. Every property is physically verified with photos, video and confirmation of the landlord's title, and agents are registered and rated. The advance is paid into escrow and released to the landlord monthly rather than in one lump, with a guarantee product that pays the landlord their advance while the tenant pays monthly, underwritten on income verification. Landlords get their certainty, tenants get monthly payments, and nobody wires money to a stranger.

The problem

Fake listings and agents collecting advances on properties they do not control are common, and the tenant has no recourse.
