How are properties verified?
Every property is physically verified with photos, video and confirmation of the landlord's title.
Do I have to pay one or two years upfront?
The advance is paid into escrow and released to the landlord monthly. Alternatively, a guarantee product pays the landlord their advance while you pay monthly, underwritten on income verification.
Are agents checked?
Yes. Agents are registered and rated.
What do landlords pay to list?
Nothing. Landlords list free.
How is CediHomes paid?
